This breathing practice uses body awareness to assist in letting go and improving flow in the body and mind.
You combine feeling the rise and fall of the inhale and exhale with the rise and fall of different areas of the body. This helps release tension in the areas you are focusing on and helps them open up.
This practice is fantastic for coming back to the present moment using your breath and your body. Great for improving sleep, reducing anxiety and improving feelings of peace and positivity.
We will do three round of five, so you can notice the deepening of your experience as you stay with the practice.
