This sequence is the gentle version of a Yogic Sun Salutations beginning sequence. You will do 4 rounds, 2 rounds each side. It is very helpful to create full body movement to connect the different areas of the body, and focus move areas that are chronically tight. Perfect as the next stage after the 6 Directions Body Stretch. This takes you deeper mobilising the joints of the body, improving posture, balance, upper body and core strength.
