I do this through tailoring self love practices and wellbeing education to their unique needs.
Amplifying their ability to make positive, sustainable change in their life.
My dream is that all people know what they need and how to love themselves so that we can live in harmony, celebrating who we are and each other.
I share one on one, for couples, small groups, in workshops and retreats.
I have 18 years education and personal experience in human physiology, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, dance, coaching and energetic medicine.
All dedicated to the embodiment of Self Love and the sharing of love in the world. To bring us back to the freedom of truly being who we are born to be.

This practice moves your spine in all 6 directions with the breath. It is fantastic for improving posture, body functions, mobility, flexibility, circulation, breath capacity and brain function.
I always begin my yoga classes with this stretch seated or standing because it is so helpful for opening up and energising the spine and whole body.
